What you need to make a scalloped crepe paper garland:

1. Premium Crepe Paper (Lines Across used Fuchsia and Hot Pink)
2. Jute Cord (Lines Across used the hot pink 3 ply)
3. Scissors
4. Glue Dots (Because they’re the best!)
5. Gold Sequin Ribbon (Optional but beautiful)
