Today, we wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the delivery process. So buckle up, get comfy, and join us as we cruise through a day in the life of our Paper Mart Delivery Service Drivers!
The Morning Start
The Paper Mart Delivery Service travels throughout Southern California. We’re proud to say that we have a fleet of 13 Paper Mart Delivery Trucks and Drivers.
Along with our drivers, we also have additional members of our Transportation Team whose priority is to manage and coordinate your order getting out the door as efficiently as possible. This covers every touchpoint for your package – from planning the best routes and drop off points to also making sure communication and expectations between the customer and driver are clear.
Every morning our entire Transportation Team gathers to touch base and get a plan of the daily routes and deliveries. Today, our driver Agustin’s route will take us to 11 businesses!
The Afternoon Hustle
The collection of 26,000+ packaging essentials we’ve put together throughout the years accommodates every sort of business – from packaging for mailing and shipping to retail and food, we cover it all. Nobody knows this more than our drivers.
Agustin’s route took us on a trip to drop off mailers and shipping boxes to local retailers, a textile company, tech merchants, food suppliers, and so many more. Ever the professional, Agustin let us get some face time with our customers while he made sure their orders were unloaded appropriately.
For privacy purposes, we can’t divulge all of the businesses we visited, but here are a couple that we had the opportunity to speak to and share a little about them.

Ending The Day With Agustin
As we made our last stop, we got the opportunity to get to know Agustin a little more. Agustin Ocampo grew up in Mexico on his Grandfather’s ranch. This is where he gained his strong work ethic that he still carries with him today.
Agustin initially started working in a warehouse and was given the chance to drive one day for the company. After that, he was hooked. Being a driver allowed him to interact with people, keep active, and be challenged. Agustin joined the Paper Mart team 5 years ago and enjoys meeting our customers and learning about their businesses.
A Couple Fun Facts About Agustin!
- Before GPS, Agustin was an expert with physical guidebooks and fold-out maps like the Thomas Guide.
- Agustin is a true enthusiast. When he’s not driving for Paper Mart, Agustin spends his time restoring old cars and watching History TM (formerly The History Channel).

We’re happy to offer the Paper Mart Delivery Service for our local clientele and qualifying orders. This service makes deliveries to Southern California and select cities. A few of the places we deliver include –
- Most of Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties, Upland, Ontario & Chino daily.
- Most of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Ventura and South San Diego County on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Santa Clarita, Newhall, Valencia, Saugus, Canyon Country on Wednesday only.
Santa Barbara areas on Wednesday only. - Palm Springs areas every 2nd, 4th and when applicable, the 5th Wednesday of the month.
