What do you do at Paper Mart? I am a Customer Care Specialist Lead.
How long have you worked here? I’ve worked at Paper Mart for 3 years.
Tell us what a typical day at work for you entails. Every day at work, I assist customers over our chat system and our ticket correspondence.
What do you like best about working at Paper Mart? The best part of working at Paper Mart would be the customers we meet! It’s interesting to find out what our customers use/created with our products!
Before Paper Mart, what was the most unusual/interesting job you had? I worked at the Santiago Oaks Regional Park in Orange as a Spin Art team member.
Apart from your work at Paper Mart, what are some side projects or hobbies you have outside of the office/warehouse? I love to hang out with my friends and family. I also love to create paper products for parties! Paper flowers, paper garland signs, and more!
If you had to eat one type of food for the rest of your life, what would it be? I love Pizza and Tacos! I can’t decide.
Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why? I would love to go back in time to spend more time with loved ones that are no longer with us.
Describe what you were like at age 10. At 10 years old, I would be hanging out with my sisters and cousin. We would be creating dance routines and shows for our parents!
What is the first concert you attended? My first concert was to go see The Spice Girls!
What’s your all-time favorite TV show? I loooove Game of Thrones!
