Tell us what a typical day at work for you entails. 1) Managing customer service call center. 2) Handling escalated customer calls 3) Call monitoring and coaching.
What do you like best about working at Paper Mart? That we are family owned and have been in business for 97 years. We have a great family environment. Everyone in my department rocks!
Before Paper Mart, what was the most unusual/interesting job you had? Windshield Repair & Replacement
Apart from your work at Paper Mart, what are some side projects or hobbies you have outside of the office/warehouse? Currently going to school to obtain my BS degree.
If you had to eat one type of food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Waffles with warm maple syrup & strawberries
Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why? To the future, time travel sounds fun. Curious to see how mankind evolves.
Describe what you were like at age 10. According to my mom, I loved to play with my dolls and terrorize my brother.
What is the first concert you attended? Duran, Duran & Lenny Kravitz
