I wanted to thank PaperMart and its employees for the exceptional customer service. My first delivery was easy and shipping was fast until the usps showed it was delivered yesterday at 5:27 pm and no package at my door. I called CS and let them know and without hesitation, they shipped out a replacement order immediately. Today the package showed up (the original order) and the delivery person told me the stand in driver yesterday brought it back with him even though they scanned it as being delivered. I called CS back and told them to charge my credit card for the replacement that they should not take a loss because of usps mistake. I took a chance on a company I just google searched and I am so happy I did. This is one excellent company to deal with. My product second shipment is on the way and my first shipment was a success. The product I ordered (480 15x20 red tissue paper) was best in class and far better than you would buy in store. Thank you PaperMart for everything.

THANK YOU from our whole family for having such reasonable shipping fees even when ordering in smaller quantities. We just experienced trying to buy similar products from another company that was going to charge us 72% in shipping fees because we were not buying in much larger quantities. {*in speaking with their customer service rep, the products in this order were less than a couple of pounds all together; however, they were going to place these items into a much larger 12 pound box and fill it with shipping peanuts to justify the spike in shipping fees.} After looking over the order again, they were also going to charge us a "small order fee" on top of the shipping if I didn't buy over a certain dollar amount which would have cost us more in shipping than the actual product total. {not even kidding} So if anyone out there reading this thinks that Paper Mart's shipping is high, I encourage you to check around because we buy from 4 major suppliers and Paper Mart is one of the best on shipping. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate your company and companies like yours that do not "penalize" us for ordering in smaller quantities. You are helping so many of us small business owners. That really means a lot to us. We will buy from Paper Mart more often. Thank you. :)

I like paper mart and their prices and the packages with bright vivid colors. I especially like the options for smaller quantities. What I dont like is the time it takes for shipping. I waited almost two weeks to recive my order. If they would stick to USPS, packages would arrive much quicker and I would be happy. Their should be a more detailed way to choose shipping carrier. 8 days is too long to wait when you have an online store and need supplies. 9/12/18 I am updating my review. After several emails and fb messages, I received a phone call from a rep who was very apologetic and went above ans beyond to assist me. My issue is resolved and I am back in love with Paper mart.

Update...Papermart reached out to me and fixed the issues. Hopefully the replaced products will be better.I have been ordering cupcake liners for quite a few years now and have always been very pleased with their quality. Recently they discontinued the liners I bought so I thought I would get a different kind. The plastic that they are wrapped in were broken on all of the packages so the liners were all over the box when I received them and some liners were damaged. I also ordered the individual cupcake boxes and they were thrown into the box haphazardly and 90% of the inserts were bent by the time I received them. Some of these inserts were also dirty. Extremely disappointed in the products I received and how horribly they were packaged and shipped. Sad to say I'll be looking for somewhere else to order from.

Sometimes the traffic is unbearable when I need party supplies fast I go online to Paper Mart. I use Paper Mart often. I have place an order on a Tuesday and received on Friday with regular ground shipping. They are located in Orange, CA and their trucks are all other Los Angeles county.Paper has been consistent with never mixing up my order, once I made mistake on my order and called them and they didn't charge me a return fee, they credited my credit card and shipped me the correct order.If you want to stand out and make your parties POP, I highly recommend Paper Mart, I have never been disappointed.

I searched many websites looking for what I needed in the price range I wanted and found everything right here. I purchased large hot pink organza bags for my mermaid tail afghans.
