Today we’re remembering an individual who, for the past 40 years, has played a key role in the Paper Mart journey. From the print catalogs of the 1970’s to our current e-commerce days, Larry Dickey has seen it all. Join us as we wish him a happy and joyful retirement!
Getting Personal: Larry’s Legacy
Paper Mart owner, Tom Frick encapsulates it best –
“Larry never stops moving. He’s always finishing a conversation with you as he’s walking away onto his next task.”
Throughout the decades of Paper Mart ups and downs, we’ve all gotten to love Larry and his sunny disposition. We’ve also been inspired by his dedication and his positive, on-the-move outlook on life.
When asked during his Employee Spotlight if he’d rather go back in time or into the future, Larry replied with a simple, “I would never want to go back in time. I am a person who loves change and new things.”
Since his time with Paper Mart, we’ve been able to grow from a mail order catalog business to a leading industrial and retail packaging company. This could not have been done without the support of Larry, whose positive outlook and constant dedication served as an inspiration to us all.
Lunch With Larry: A Reflection Of His Time With Paper Mart
In honor of Larry, we hosted an intimate luncheon complete with delicious food, the Paper Mart family, and heartfelt speeches by our president, Buffy Simoni and Paper Mart owner, Tom Frick.
