The Stevie Awards
The Stevie Awards were founded in 2002 as a way to honor hard-working companies around the world and raise awareness of their efforts and achievements. Currently, there are seven Stevie Awards programs, including:
- The American Business Awards
- The International Business Awards
- The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards
- The German Stevie Awards
- The Stevie Awards for Great Employers
- The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service
- The Stevie Awards for Women in Business
Every program has its own requirements and its own series of categories that allow the Stevie organization to honor accomplishments in each distinguished area of the workplace.
In the Sales & Customer Service program, there were 2,300 nominations for 2017, and only those who received a 7.0 out of 10 were eligible to move on to the finals. Each applicant was assessed by a committee of specialized judges, and their scores determined the awards.
This year’s gala in Las Vegas, Nevada was attended by over 650 executives from around the world and was held to announce and award the winners.
Paper Mart’s Recognition
As a participant in the Sales & Customer Service Program, Paper Mart was recognized under the eCommerce Customer Service Award category. We received a bronze award for our efforts in customer service, business development, and sales professionalism.
The Stevie Awards judges noted our willingness to listen to the changing voices of our customers and our flexible availability—allowing customers to reach us via online chat, email, social media, or through our call center.
