In 1964, we became Paper Mart and shifted from a salesman style business to a discount mail order service specializing in packaging supplies. By 1995, third-generation owners John and Tom Frick realized the value of a then-burgeoning internet. Paper Mart then became one of the very first online distributors. We’ve come a long way in 96 years. But the truth is, we owe our success to our Paper Mart customers.

Since we put so much emphasis on customer service, we were thrilled and deeply honored to receive the Stevie Award this year at the 11th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Out of 2,300 nominated companies, Paper Mart was recognized in the eCommerce Customer Service Award category which highlights customer service, business development, and sales professionalism. It’s great to be recognized, but what we appreciate more is that this lets us know that we’re doing something right.

In June of this year, Paper Mart sponsored the ribbon-cutting ceremony at Orange, California’s very first Boys & Girls Clubhouse and donated $10,000 to the Orange Boys & Girls Cub Organization which provides support, education, and community to any and all children in need.
