Dipaliben has been a valuable member of the Paper Mart team for seven years. Known for her hard work and friendly demeanor, she plays an important role as an order picker in our warehouse. Her commitment and positive attitude have made her an essential part of our operations, ensuring orders are picked efficiently.

What do you do at Paper Mart? I am an order picker.
How long have you worked here? 7 years.
Tell us what a typical day at work for you entails. I pick orders in the PickMod, pack orders, and put away items.
What do you like best about working at Paper Mart? I enjoy the family environment when it come to the celebrations we have for holidays or Employee Appreciation Day. My favorite memory was having the In N Out truck serve lunch for the 100 year anniversary of the company.
What’s your favorite Paper Mart memory? My favorite memory was having the In N Out truck serve lunch for the 100 year anniversary of the company.
Before Paper Mart, what was the most unusual/interesting job you had? I worked as an accountant.
Apart from your work at Paper Mart, what are some of your side projects or hobbies? I love traveling and art.
If you had to eat one type of food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Indian food.
Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why? Future. Since I already know the past, I’m curious about the future.
Describe what you were like at age 10. I liked playing sports in my youth, especially cricket.
What was the first concert you attended? It was an Indian singing concert. The artist was Shreya Goshal.
What’s your all-time favorite TV show? Big Boss & Shark Tank!
What is your favorite Paper Mart product and why do you love it? The ribbon. Seeing the different styles makes me happy – it reminds me of the holidays.
