Paper Mart Featured In The Latest Martha Stewart Living

It’s always a joy to see our packaging used by home and garden lifestyle queen, Martha Stewart. Within the most recent issue of Martha Stewart Living, we noticed our very own Flower Edge Boxes and Baker’s Twine being used to package a decadent batch of chocolate truffles.

Needless to say, we got very excited at the mention and proceeded to channel that energy into making ourselves a batch of our very own sweet treats. Learn how to make Martha Stewart’s No-Fuss Truffles and package them up for Valentine’s Day today!

Go Handmade For Valentine’s Day With Decadent Truffles

When it comes to special occasions like Valentine’s Day, there’s nothing quite like a gift made from the heart. Within the most recent issue of Living, you’ll find a variety of different ways to create small, yet simple gifts. This easy chocolate truffle recipe is one of our favorites.

No-Fuss Truffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-⅔ c heavy cream
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1 lb semisweet chocolate
  • T tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for coating

Directions

Step 1: Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment, with overhang on two sides. In a saucepan, bring heavy cream and salt to a simmer.

Step 2: Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl and pour hot cream mixture over top; let stand 5 minutes then stir until smooth. Pour mixture into baking pan and refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.

Step 3: When mixture is firm, cut into 1-inch squares and toss in cocoa powder. To store, box up truffles and refrigerate them for at least 15 minutes and up to 2 weeks.
